Sometimes, the best way to motivate a person is to tell them they can’t do it. It inspires that person to win just to prove doubters wrong. I believe that played a big part in the rise of Donald.
Trump is a leader who won when the very influential media never gave him a chance of winning. Trump is a leader who won against a large portion of his own party who were against him from day 1. Trump is a leader who won when the Irish bookies (gambling sites) had paid out winnings to all who had voted for Hillary 3 weeks prior to the election, because Trump had no chance of winning. And i’m even reading reports that Trump told Chris Christie that he didn’t expect to be in the running for Republican nominee past Oct 2015. His inspiring rise to the top has me asking myself “did Donald Trump trump Trump”?
As the Trumpy tantrums continue, I recognize that many important questions still remain – will the word “bigly” make it into the oxford dictionary? Will Humpty Trumpty build his great wall? And will we ever get confirmation that Trump took advantage of tax laws implemented by politicians to pay no taxes? I’m enjoying watching the Trumpification of America begin with Donald and his frenemies working together. Meetings with Lyin’ Ted and Mitt Romney are a testament to putting aside personal differences because “fighting for what’s right is worth it”. Mitt of course was accused of being willing to “drop to his knees” begging for Donald’s endorsement in 2012.
Speaking of dropping to their knees, when was the last time you read Clinton, blow job, and the white house all in the same sentence? Well actually it was about 2 seconds ago. But no, not Bill this time – Madonna offered to put her money where her mouth is and offer blow jobs to all who would vote for Hillary. “When they go low, I go blow” was her personal commitment to supporting feminism. Perhaps the deplorable vision of Madonna anywhere near self- respecting male Trump voters was a reminder to question how much Viagra would cost under the unaffordable but I really don’t care act vs Trumps “something really great” plan.
No one should give up on their dreams, so I hope that Hillary can re-live via modern technology her inspirational Pre-celebratory concerts with Jay Z referring to woman as bi**hes and egging on the pimping of woman, and perhaps reflect on where her campaign went wrong. And fear not America, Kanye West – who said that if he could have been bothered to vote, would have voted for Trump, hasn’t ruled out his own presidential run in 2020. Perhaps now is the time for Donald to yet again prove his doubters wrong big league, or face the second coming of Yeezus.
As for me, I am inspired by the rise of Donald to never give up on my personal hopes and dreams of who I want to be and what I want to achieve, even when my bigliest doubter is myself, because in this day and age you no longer even have to be a politician, to become president.
